Hi Friends,

We are promoting one of our web portal and want to send thousands of mass bulk emails and newsletters to prospective customers and random relevant databases. Can you plz suggest me someway to send bulk emails without getting spammed and without limitations. I do not mind buying some software or service but its cost should be reasonable or free. Any help is appreciated.

Regards,

Pragz

There are many application available for such mail forwarding. I'd never done this before so no idea regarding spam.

What you want to do is risky unless you are an experienced email spammer. The more spam you send, and it is spam if you don't know who you are sending to and they have not given you permission to send them commercial messages - advertisements, the greater the risk that it will be reported to your hosting provider and domain registrar.

If you are reported for sending spam, most hosting providers will close your account at once. You may or may not have access to your sites and files, but you will never be able to host with them again.

More and more domain registrars are starting to suspend the domain of anyone who is reported for spamming. I think this is because more of them are also becoming hosting providers as well. So even if you are not hosted with your domain registrar, they may shut down any domain that is reported. Even if you have a spam-friendly host, you go off-line.

There are many ways to advertise, market, and promote your web site and many of those methods are free or low-cost, and some of those don't have any risk, like using SEO.

Say, you have already asked this question once before in that other thread. Why are you asking the same thing again and wasting people's time?

Sending bulk emails without solicitating permission from users would definitely be counted as spam...I'd advise on steering clear of this...never use your websites' email id even if you go ahead...use one of the free webmail service providers' id in case.

I don't have a mailing list but I've heard a lot of good things about MailChimp. As long as it's _solicited_ mail, it's not spam.

Do you already have an email database already? You can use a php software for bulk mailing but i can guarantee you that most of the emails will go into spam.
