Hi everyone,

I’ve been developing a read-only domain portfolio manager called UnifyDom. It centralizes domains from multiple registrars and provides a unified view of expiry dates, renewal prices, DNS/NS status, SSL certificates, uptime, and portfolio costs.

I recently added several features based on early feedback:
• Alerts for expiry, SSL, DNS/NS changes, and uptime
• Watchlist with ownership and availability tracking
• Flexible dashboard where fields can be shown/hidden
• CSV, JSON, and Excel export
• Portfolio metrics such as value, acquisition cost, and unrealized gain
• Parking visibility (e.g., Sedo)

I’m now looking for input from people who manage larger portfolios.

A few questions if you’re open to sharing your experience:
• What are the checks you most often perform across registrars?
• What slows you down or requires manual work today?
• Which parts of your workflow would benefit most from consolidation or automation?

If anyone manages 50+ domains and would like to test it, I can offer three months of the highest plan at no cost in exchange for some feedback. There is also a free tier available.

Thanks for your time!
Arnaud

Maybe add a history log, too. It's helpful to see how things change over time.

For example, which nameservers were on the domain when it had good vs. poor uptime.

What are the checks you most often perform across registrars?
Price comparison. Expiry date. Registration date.

• Which parts of your workflow would benefit most from consolidation or automation?
Manually logging information from various registrars.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to answer, this help!
I've been testing History log, first thought it would be a good idea to log all DNS changes. hen realized some website have rotating IP which triggers the log and alerts all the time. I'm reworking it to log only the NS server.

Hello Namepros!

As we wrap up 2025, me and my team shipped a big batch of improvements on Unifydom so you can kick off 2026 with a cleaner portfolio, better visibility, and stronger domain health.
Here’s what’s new:

Major Features

  • Smart CSV Import
If you manage hundreds or thousands of domains, importing should not be a manual cleanup project. Smart CSV Import detects duplicates and validates your file before anything is added, so your portfolio stays clean, accurate, and easy to filter.

  • Flexible Export Options
Export your current View to CSV, JSON, or XLSX. Whatever you filtered and displayed is what you export. XLSX includes consolidated data ready for Excel.

  • Portfolio Snapshots
Track your portfolio’s evolution over time. Create snapshots to compare domain values, status changes, and optimization progress. Perfect for serious portfolio managers.
    Available to PRO/AGENCY plans.

Platform Improvements

  • Enhanced Domain Status Tracking
Domain monitoring is getting stronger. With TLDSpy, we’re expanding registrar support and refining our signals so you can rely on the dashboard without double-checking everything. 2026 is all about coverage, accuracy, and automation.

  • New View Templates
    Views
are saved table setups that let you quickly switch between different filters, columns, and sorting depending on what you’re trying to do.

We added Templates inside Views so you can switch your table setup in one click based on your use case (Investor, Web Agency, Builder, IT & Ops, Lead-gen/Affiliate).

Tip: Open ViewsTemplates to instantly apply a workflow preset, then personalize it to match your workflow.

  • Better Field & Column Management
We improved how you manage Fields and Columns so your dashboard matches your workflow, not the other way around. Everything can be edited, saved, and customized to fit how you actually manage domains.

  • UI/UX Polish
Redesigned column management, improved navigation, better progress indicators, refined email notifications, and new animated quick tutorials to help you move faster, especially during manual import.

I'm excited to keep shipping so you can manage your domains with more confidence and less busywork.
Wishing you a great start to 2026, and success in your domain investments!

every domainer goal should be to have all names at one registrar

it was for most not doable but unstoppable with their industry defining promos made it now possible for many.

luckily their renewals are competitive making it possible to remain there.

until some other place offers similar transfer promos. which will happen... never.

enjoy
