When I first bought this I was thinking of a site for web developers and/or content providers. Then I got lazy and did nothing with it. It's listed for sale and I had it appraised at Afternic.

Any guesses what the Afternic appraisal is? Does Afternic tend to appraise high or low or just right?

Afternic appraised buildingcontent.com for $1,700. That seems kind of high to me, but what do I know?
