You could probably sell it on ebay with a $200 BIN, but that would still be low. I think it's worth at least $500 and it's more a keeper than a flipper, will definitely worth more in the future. I would buy it at $80 though :D

I would say take the $80, it's a decent offer. Either that or renew it for 5 years and try again in 2021, you might be able to get quite a bit more (depending on how the XYZ extension progresses of course)
