Hey... Brutus... you know from like William Shakespeares Caesar? Brut.us is a cool domain for someone with that name but as for wine wise, its more of a champagne isn't it? I guess thats wine too. I'd give it a solid 100 bucks. Nothing less maybe more.

As for the missouri wine domains, I can't see why a wine company wouldn't want one. I would definatly suggest selling the package of missouri wine domains for 500-1000. That is only because they would be end users though. A reseller would take them all for about 200 maybe.

Contact me if you are selling any of your domains in your signature.

Now THAT would be BRUTal but if you can keep it down (doubtful) it might give you sexy breath for the rest of the day :lala:

Re the trademark, check with a trademark attorney --- it might depend much upon how you use it --- just a cursory glace at trademarks shows lots of people / entities have a "brut" trademark for different uses so watch out. Have a look here for yourself http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=tess&state=dkbpjb.1.1
and definitely check with a trademark attorney.

Lol...:D

How does Brutus keep Bad Breathe away?
By visiting Brut.us?

Anyways: coming back to the topic, the domain would most likely be dependent on the usage and the TM's associated thereon.

Therefore, IMO Brut.us (as a website on Shakespeare, Et Tu Brutus etc.) will steer you safe :D

Take legal help if necessary.... I am sure the icio in del.icio.us would be copyrighted by someone too ;)

Wasn't or isn't there a men's aftershave called "brut"? That's what I was thinking about re the mixing with the OJ! D-:

You guys are nuts...LOL.

Brut champagne :bingo:

"Champagnes are categorized as Extra Brut, Brut, Extra dry, Sec and Demi-secdepending on their sugar levels. An extra brut Champagne will be very dry, while a demi-sec is the sweeter option, with brut (dry), extra dry and sec lying somewhere in the middle with an off-dry to semi-sweet offering." LINK
