Hi,

One of my domains "hostingdomain.us" require a broker. I wanted to establish a full fledged website on it but, due to shortage of time, I'm putting it up on sale.

Domain speaks out itself having two highly searched keywords "hosting" and "domain".

Minimum offer: $500
BIN: $2000

Broker fees: %15

Looking forward for an experienced domain broker. As, I have other domains on sale too after this domain.
Thanks.

Hi

it's backwards as is and being .us, makes it that much harder to be considered by legit broker.

you'll be waiting long time for that bin

please read posts about gkwt and the registration of backwards terms

imo...

Thank you for sharing your thoughts biggie. I also mentioned minimum offer so, if BIN takes longer than my expectation, I ll certainly consider offers above than $500.

Thanks.

Hi

i was trying to be subtle, but really don't think you'll get offer too much higher than reg fee

you have to consider a broker's time too, is it worth their effort and or, do they even want to be associated with trying to solicit buyers for it.

brokers have rep's too and they prefer to have certain levels of quality to offer to potential clients, as maintaining that standard helps to bring repeat buyers, which further promotes their service within the community.

you need to understand the perspective from the other side of the coin.

Good Luck!

Thanks for your time to share thoughts.

IMO, this domain has worth because of being "keyword rich", having decent search volume and a credible source to be parked for direct/type-in traffic.

After precisely reading your thoughts, I would like to know your thoughts on its starting acceptable bid in PM.

Thanks.

Hi
parking should be first thing you do, so you'll know whether or not it gets type-in traffic.
if it was .com, maybe it might gets some visitors, but being .us puts it down the food chain

however, you have a misconception about "a domain being keyword rich" versus having a backwards phrase that is not spoken by the general public for such a service.

the correct phrase is "domain hosting" or taking your name and making it plural, would make is sound slightly better. ie: hostingdomains, just because a hosting service typically serves more than 1 domain.
additionally, the meaning could change to a site that offered 'hosting related" domains for sale, just by adding an "s"

I don't see any type-in traffic happening with this domain. If your expecting that to happen just because it's "Keyword rich", then it has two strikes against it.

Biggie already mentioned the two. I can't see many type-ins ending in .us, and the keywords aren't properly placed to match correct grammar. I won't explain because Biggie already said it perfectly.
