Font too small, need adjust large.

And you have alogo and slogan for your blog?

Consistency is key. As Bigu_c already indicated, your font size is too small. It's actually going beyond that, you are applying different font sizes all over the place. Find consistency.
Your right side rail is really way too small, for someone with bad vision, it would be impossible to read which is immediately resulting in a lost user.
Depending on how serious you are with your blog, get a logo made, some indication that's making you "special" and helps your readers to retain your branding image. Favicon helps too. Look at your own toolbar and check how many sites have a FavIcon next to their link? It's just a minor detail but it goes a VERY long way.

Thanks for feed back, is there any software I can use to change fonts so all posts are the same? and I am so crap and graphics so I think banner is a no go unless I can get someone to make one for me.

Colours are a little dull - it visually says "I'm boring, click away..."
No reason to have blogrush top of the sidebar when your own content (categories at least) are probably more interesting to visitors.
You're doing something admirably letting recent commenters get 'dofollow' links, but you'll need to be vigilant to fight spammers.

yes the blog is just to make traffic and to help with page rank google loves blogs.
My domain on next page rank update will be page rank 6
