Breaking an agreement?

Hey guys. I got a quick questions and need a few responses

I sold a layout to a guy for about 30 PHP scripts since he didn't have anything in PayPal. I told him that he does NOT get reseller rights to it and he can't sell it / make money off of it in any way. About five days later a friend of mine IMed me on AOL Instant Messanger and asked to make a banner for him. So I checked out the site to see the colors so I could make it match... it was the layout I had sold. Turns out the guy I sold the layout to sold him the layout for three domains. I feel as if they domains should be mine since he sold the layout for the domains. Got what I'm saying? He claims he eddited the layout but all he did was take out a little navigation box and changed the colors. So all the ogirinal coding done by me is still in the site code. How can I go about getting the domains into my possesion or somehome getting something from this crazy deal. I am extremely pissed off with this all because I worked on that layout and he went and broke the agreement.. :yell: PLEASE get back to me on this, either PM or post here on ideas of what I can do. Thanks a lot! :D

lol.. really though.. unless your ready to sue him.. I fear the worst you can do is spam the web ruining his name and maybe a few other things.

Does he live near you or someone else from here? Im sure many of us..if he is local to anyone.. would be wiling to pay him a visit. Least I would.

phrone... my buddy... if there are legal rights involved you can sue im pretty sure...

Why would you see? he needs signed evidence and proof the deal went through like that. IN the future take a screenshot between the conversation so you can have evidence.

I have the conversation logged.. but see where I screwed up is that I forgot to put in my README file that I put in all other layouts and stuff I sell / trade.
