It's disabled for everyone. I think it has something to do with when they implemented the growth program.
The scores haven't been disabled in my account (I haven't joined their growth program).

It's not multiple scores that have been disabled. It should only be that one called "Accepted Names Listed." That one is not disabled for you?

I'm pretty sure it was disabled for me before I joined the growth program.

I switched to the growth program recently, the accepted names listed metric is disabled, other scores are still enabled.

It's not disabled for me. It's showing a percentage with commentary on that percentage if I hover over the percentage with my cursor. Seems to work the same way it always has on my end.

So my question now becomes - if to be "In Good Standing" requires both scores to the right to be an A or B, how does anyone in the new Growth Program become eligible for "In Good Standing" status if the middle Score is disabled?

My concern - many auctions on NamePros that are for BB published names require you to be "In Good Standing". Seems like I am unfairly being excluded from these auctions.

Well that metric is disabled for me and I am in good standing. With 5 names published, you might be in good standing now. I don't know. They really should put something in the dashboard that actually says if you are in good standing or not. I think I will recommend that to them.

@Nat Hunt

Great suggestion. That would make it perfectly clear and avoid confusion. Thanks for submitting the recommendation to them.

Can you post a screenshot here of the dashboard?

I did some tests and had names removed in different ways and my score never changed at all. Wonder if that's normal now.

I think I was the same. It may be a handjob as this metric wasn't suitable for some of the older/bigger sellers who frequently decided not to list names. Remember all the hullabaloo over this when it was first introduced? Many sellers weren't happy that they were being punished retrospectively for something that wasn't against their TOS previously.

Free listings almost made me to add more but fortunately resisted the temptation.

Noticed that BB has updated their listing grid layout.

Where's the "call to action" with the New version?

Reflecting on the two layouts - the New version looks more like an art gallery, with the Prior version more likely to reinforce the thought you are there to select.

I like the simplicity of the New version, but the "Buy Now" button served a purpose as a call to action / more engaging..

What are your thoughts?

They probably worked on a feature where you heart a bunch (favorite) then compare them in some way. So they are nudging users into that flow. Just a guess.

@Beezy

Good point. The heart is the only item remaining in the logo pane (other than the logo itself).

The only cosmetic change I might suggest is that when you locate over the heart it overlays the text "Add to Favorites", reinforcing visually (subtly) that you have made a choice and pre-imposing the thought in your mind that you are initiating selection processing.

They just had google tag manger installed. If you are a web analyst you probably know what this is.

They are basically trying to effectively track users real intent and measure goals etc..

With the current layout they could effectively track Buy Now Clicks VS Conversions.

I see some problems but will keep it to myself..

Having a Buy Now at this early stage may not have been useful, and the data may have shown that users less likely to buy from this CTA.

They are tracking heart clicks and save clicks (do same thing) separately, so they may have built up some data from the old Buy Now button and found that it converts better from the expanded view/internal landing page.
