Technically, I submitted a total of 213 since the beginning of the year to get 41 approved (not counting some new ones that haven't been approved/rejected yet). That gives me an official 19.2% success rate. However, that is quite misleading as I did a little experimenting with BB to see what they accept. I intentionally submitted some lower quality ones and some keyword based ones in order to get a feel for what they accept. None of them were complete junk - I didn't want to clog the pipeline, I just wanted to better understand their thinking process - but I also wasn't expecting them all to be accepted. If I went simply by the ones I expected to be good enough, we would be looking at probably a 30-35% success rate at least. Honestly, some of my prize domains were rejected (and I'm okay with that)... and I've already sold a few of the ones rejected for $xxx each.

I don't have that problem. My logos are being made much quicker lately, less than a month.

Process seems to be around 5 weeks now from Submit to Published.

It's almost as if they don't have enough skilled logo designers who are willing to possibly work for nothing, and adapt to their standards. You would think there would be a line out the door for that kind of opportunity.

Yes they are really slow now.

My June 22nd still pending there. I stopped using them. How serious is a company asking you to create an account and login without providing a secured HTTPS environment. So unprofessional.

But I don't wan't to start a debate on them here on BB thread.

I have a name at BB that was submitted on Apr.11 then approved-I forwarded the name to BB in good faith-and it's still not published 3 months later.As i've said here before-I think BB is a good company but this is a serious issue that really needs to be resolved. Hopefully it will be soon.

I'm sure BB is looking for every logo designer they can get their hands on-i'd guess that they're not too easy to find because of this serious time delay we're all seeing on our approved names at BB. I would assume this is a top priority for the company and hopefully it will improve soon.

True and even though they might need a little training, as long as they were willing to learn and adapt, they would be worthwhile, at least in a crunch.

BB needs all the help they can get in the Logo department. Designs aren't bad but much too slow.

Anyone tried giving $300 to designer instead of $100. Does this help having logos made faster?
And of course increase price by $200 to cover the difference.

I have no idea but id ask Michael Krell-it might make a difference. I'd guess someone here has tried it. If you do-please let us know the results.

I am too small to try it. I'll only have around 25 names published, I don't want my prices to be too high.
As mentionned earlier, my logos have be made very quickly lately (less than a month) so I can't complain.
