Excellent looking site. I don't know what the laws are, but can you compare prices with the originals vs your brand? Such as saying...."The originals cost $100, but your cost is only $19.99". Comparison shopping.

Also, when asking for people to sign up for a newsletter, it's always advisable to put a small disclaimer below it (such as, we will never sell or rent your email information). People like to know their information will stay private.

Great job on it!

Love the colors.. Great work! Try the website at 1280x1024 (my resolution) though, the spaces between the images stretch out a bit too much, imo. Nice job though.

Hey Mr. Website,
Where are you? You're the legal eagle.
Why don't you tell this guy selling this stuff by advertising with a trademark name, even as a "descriptive".

Ok here's the deal. You're going to soon get a letter from a law firm from New York. It's going to tell you to remove their โ€œclientsโ€™ ", names from your website. That they are filing a law-suit against you for trade mark infringements.

My personal opinion is that you are well within your rights to decribe the the kind, quality, quantity, intended purpose, value or some other characteristic of the goods or services.

But hey, I'm not going to be sued, so my opinion doesn't cost me anything.

Seriously, they are aggressive, and will attempt to cost you thousands of dollars, and spend hundreds of thousands to maintain complete control of their preceived trade-mark rights.

It happen to a client of mine who had described one of his gold chains as "guggi style", After the settlement, they were called "Anchor Link". (and he purchased them from a manufacturer who called them "Guggi Style".) Part of the settlement was he turn in the manufacturer. Gyess who got a letter next!

Hey let us know when it happens, I want "i told you so rights"
But live and learn
Good Luck

Read my previous post you fool, I'm not a lawyer! I already told you I don't know much about law. All I wanted to say was ripping something other people spent countless days doing is wrong. It's plain ethics.

.. And you criticize me on the previous topic?! Seriously, don't target my posts unless you have something worthwile to say, and I won't talk back to you, either. On the other hand, if you have something to say, take it off the board (how many times do I have to repeat this?).
