I purchased the domain on 1/28/06 and it's been 8 days now.
Over the 8 days I have made $3.53 in Adsense. Around $.25 was from my other site, but the rest was BoostedRacing.com. So figure $3.25 a week (3.25 x 4 = $13.00 a month)
Usual asking price for a site that makes around $13 a month would be around $100.
But since the site isn't even completed (Meaning it still has a TON of potential...) I'm willing to sell it for less. The site includes a template with a perfect logo, design and flash intro.

I figure with a site that has this much potential it should be an easy sell at a fair price.
So I'll set a buy it now at $75. But will consider all offers.
Free pushover on NameCheap and then I can offer low priced hosting to go along with the account.
