I just checked it appears to be owned by people associated with booking.com so Great catch

No Tm issues, but as it is managed by MarkMonitor, the wolrd leaders in brand protection Make sure you get a class 42, 43 Australian Trademark for the name. as mere ownership does NOT give automatic trademark protection.
