That's kind of a negative domain. I'd try to turn it into positive approach. How about a guide about what do to if you receive a bomb threat. What to do, who to call, etc.

If it were mine I'd let it drop.

If I did develop it, it would be a political site on the dangers of a nuke attack on the US. Detail what would happen along with a sprinkle of fear that it could actually take place because of something Obama is doing. There are a lot of nuts on the far right who eat that stuff right up.
