we are looking $1000 minimum for it

How exactly how is it hosted?
Invision Boards use a script from sebflipper.com and it runs all invision boards off one install. phpBB boards use a script from webspaceuk.com (not the £50 one they offer now, a more expencive one that you can run all boards off one install on.
What are the traffic stats?
The hits for August were 317597 according to Webalizer in cPanel.
How are new boards created?
Free boards are signed up for by the user registering at the forum and then creating a board themselfs. Paid boards are installed manually.
How are purchased ads placed on the site?
The site uses phpAdsNew to do the ads which is easy to use..
Why are the ad prices so low?
Because I set them at the start when Board Host first started and only had a few members.
Have any been sold?
Yes, two people paying for ads currently.
Was the site intended to garner sales for subsonichosting.com?
No, it was intended to help webmasters but it has brought a few clients to subsonichosting.com
If Craig owns subsonichosting.com, why would he need to sell board-host.org?
Because I nolonger have the time to mentain the site due to other things pressing my time.

Because I nolonger have the time to mentain the site due to other things pressing my time.
Are there any linking deals or relationships that need to be preserved?
Nope. You are free to do what you want with it when you buy it.
How do you deal with adult content and such in the forums?
I permit legal adult content.
How many boards are hosted so far?
About 1330. That is 400 on invision and the rest on phpBB.
How many combined registered users do they have?
I have no tool to be able to tell this but I do know some have over 500 and growing.
