It's your header size that is making it look like that... Make it smaller in width.

I agree with this, if you centered that in in the header, it would not look all that good, i would just make the body the same width as the header itself

I concur... same width, top to bottom, unless you fill the space on the right with some 120px wide text or banner ads... but even then...

Maybe its just me but the layout is a little hard on the eyes being red and you really need the header to be the same width as the forums.

nah i sorted it now...i dont want the head same size for reasons
