I have a phpbb forum and i have downloaded a templated but i have no idea how to put the template on or where to upload it to i realy dont no much as i am new to this so any help would be great.

The site name is wsopo.com but i have took the old template off till i can get this sorted.

the site i got the template from was http://www.phpbbhacks.com/templates.php
