I would like to ask for some independent advice!

I have been approached by 2 multinational billion dollar corporations to sell my company, domains, and all rights I own in my brand eDrive. The domain name is eDrive.co.uk

For the last 18 months I have been recieving threats and pressure to give up and hand over all my rights and assets but since I defeated BMW in a Dispute case I am now faced with requests to sell!

Do you think I should sell?

and if so how much should I except?

there is only one thing you should do instead of listening to whatever advices here:
contact a reputable IP lawyer and explain your case to him, if you haven't already found one to help with the past dispute

if you were merely looking for opinions: not yet, you could maximize your profit when electric vehicles are a common sight on our roads.. since you won the dispute already you may sit back and wait for top offers to come to you, just don't make the silly mistake of somehow advertisung/confusing your brand with BMW's eDrive brand/concept..

ps: there are some other eDrive Owners out there such as eDrive.co.nz, eDrive.com, etc.
guess they must all be under fire then as well..

Agree with post above me, Definitely consider hiring John Berryhill, instead of asking advice here...

I think you should sell at the right price, which only you can be the arbiter of. Is it BMW trying to buy you out? I agree you should be discussing with your IP lawyers how to proceed. John Berryhill is one of the best there lawyers out there and he has the skills you require to get a big payoff. I think he could negotiate the sale of your domain and for you to keep your business. Or he could negotiate to sell your entire business if that is what you want. My point being, that you need the best people on your side. You might be very happy with your current representation. That's fine too.
