I've recently created couple of blogs at Blogger but they are not getting indexed in Google search engine from last 2 weeks. I've even got some incoming links to them. What possibly could be the problem?

it could be that they are sandboxed or banned

These are totally new blogs. Never registered before. How these could be sandboxed or banned? The content is also clean (related to some bollywood actors).

give it some time and be regular with your blogging...
understand the basic fact about google - that is to point to information on the web.. treat it that way and traffic will follow

i agree that you just have to wait a bit longer. you could speed up the process by putting links on sites that get indexed often (forums or other blogs for example).
