I have two sites I'm trying to sell. Both of these sites make money

First and foremost I'd like to explain what happened with this sites PR. The domain expired during a PageRank update and because of this got the PageRank of another site.
I am not trying to state that this domain has a PageRank of 8. Before the update it had a PR of 5, but there's no way to prove that so I'm going to drop PR from the equation all together.
The site was very active back in 2005, but I lost interest and wasn't able to keep up with it. It's pretty much laid dormant since then.
There are 215 posts.
The site averages 1,000 visitors per month or about 30-40 per day.
It ranks highly for keywords such as "blogosphere", "blog news" and "blogosphere news" on Google.
I haven't been running AdSense on this site, but I have been making money with it through textlinks. Currently around $100/month.
Whoever takes over can decide to keep the links or get rid of them.

This is a smaller site that is an information source on Camel Spiders.
It averages 6,500 visitors per day (--edit-- per month, it's over 200 per day). Most of which are search engine users.
This site makes around $15/month. Somebody could easily add some more information and make more money with this site.
Everything can be verified like I said. I'd like to have these sold by the weekend.
