Blacklisted IP

While using adult hosting how can I check if the IP address that the web hosting company gives (exmasters.com) is blacklisted or not?
Can you help me here?

first use this tool to determine it's ip address:
http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=lookup&host=exmasters.com

then use this tool
http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml
and type the ip address you got from there
the result is this
209.68.55.83 not listed in bl.spamcop.net
it means it's not blocked
