Seems like what a few of us have known for a while that IDN's is the way for non english speaking countries, particularly Japan and China has been recognized by Neustar .biz.

This may be one of the few chances for those who are not yet in the IDN market to pick up some premium names, the .com /.net /cctld have generally already picked clean many as long ago as 2000!

Found it on another forum. It will certainly increase the awareness of the applications for IDN - certainly the biggest potential of any domain name related investment on the net in the not too distant future.
