Bitcoin payments and escrow

has anyone had experiences in receiving payments for domains in bitcoins? what escrow service do you recommend?

I did few transactions by Btc.

There is no escrow service from trusted company but you can some use some escrow member from Bitcoin talk. Or forum.

Still it's risk... Check escrow person trustworthy before proceed.

bitrated.com seems most trustful. it's a nice idea to have the escrow company vote the transaction and not hold the money/bitcoins.

If you're the one receiving Bitcoin, why do you need an escrow service? (unless the buyer is requesting it)

Really,the buyer sends you the bitcoin paymnet, you check your wallet to see if it is in.
Once it is in, you transfer the domain.

the problem is: the buyer doesn't know me. how can he be sure he can trust me? he sends the bitcoins and I keep the domain... the problem is the same has with regular money and the need for an escrow service
