discuss BIN or Offer based on Buyer Profile?

Hi All,

Just sharing an observation, followed in my portfolio - so not a big enough sample to make wide conclusions.

But, I find (from a BIN vs. Offer) that customers who want to (not you):
  1. Spend sub 1K - want to negotiate, and BIN is a negative while searching
  2. 1500 to about 5K they seem to go for BIN and minimal contact
  3. above 5K - 10K same, seem to like BIN - but want/require meeting, contracts, & often NDAs. But little want to negotiate & may have passed the name if BIN wasn't an option.
  4. 10K + can comment personally as I haven't broke the 5 fig line yet (next yr goal). But I would want to be negotiating in this range. (Maybe someone with some sales in that range could fill in here).
Only bringing this up to start a thread that may help others get a better idea as to how to profile & price based on the customer's needs.

Curious to see how others are looking at this info and what is working for them - I certainly dont think I have it "figured out" & want to see what seems to work for others.
