I am a big believer in .us.com ONLY when developed and when important keywords are in the domain. I like your domain but you should know that "paybills.us.com" is available too. Bills.us.com could range anywhere from $100 to $2000 undeveloped. Depends on whether or not someone really wants it. Maybe approach owners of Bills.com or Bills.us.
