Bill estimation form

Here's what I have:

2 excel spreadsheets
a) used to show what the 'form' should look like
b) containing all of the calculations to give the end user an estimation of what his bill will be under the upcomming rate structure. Currently you can enter in what your expected or extimated consumption is for each moth of the year and the spreadsheet will then tell you what your payment would be under the current rate structure as well as what it would be under both the proposed 9.5% increase across the board, as well as the proposed inverted block structure.

Very limited knowledge of JavaScript

April 5th deadline

I need to know if I should try creating a JS form where the viewer can enter in his expected comsumption and the script will then tell him what his current bill would be as well as the 2 different rates that are being proposed. Or is there another way to do this. One where the user can put his monthly use into a form which would then talk to the spreadsheet on the server and then spit back the 3 numbers (current bill and 2 proposed amounts).

Or better yet, is there something out there that's already been created that I could edit, punch in my own numbers, and use it on my site...

I don't think I'm that lucky :'(

g_d I hope all that made sense
