Anyone interested in a small investment? These two websites were built by myself based on the Wordpress script. You will need a PHP web host to have these running. What I am selling you is an investment - you will need to put a little bit of time increasing the ranking on these domains, after which they can become profitable.

I am selling due to my lack of time to develop these sites, plus I am also in need of some quick cash so I have decided to sell these small investments. I had to develop these myself - I put about 15 hours of work getting both of these designed. Currently I am running adsense on these sites, however the return has so far only been enough to cover my initial investment in the domain names.

If you are willing (or know how to) get these sites ranked higher in search engines, you will be able to earn a decent amount and you may add them to your portfolio.

I am asking for, $30 each - this is negotiable so please make an offer - this includes the domain name plus the website as is. You may modify the script if you desire that's up to you.

Just a few remarks of mine: The hard work has been done for these sites, its up to someone now to add maybe a little more content or most likely just link building - and then these are profitable sites since they already earn a bit with almost no effort.
