.mobi Biggest consumer .mobi promotion campaign thus far: 4 million people will be reached

This month all parties involved within mobile internet in the NL have joined together to stimulate the use of mobile internet. A big campaign will roll out this week and they use:

1. a .nl domain for PC visitors
2. ONTDEK.mobi (Discover.mobi translated) with information and usefull links
3. An SMS action which will guide the users to a mobile website (probably ontdek.mobi)

The website isn't online yet. It will launch the 5th.

Participants are: T-mobile, Vodafone, KPN, Orange and the biggest Dutch publishers (on print & mobile).
This will be a massive campaign. For example: Europe's biggest publisher Sanoma, with more than a million readers (several titles), will send a flyer together with all its magazines to their readers.

The operators will use television advertisements, in which hopefully the mobisite ONTDEK.mobi will be mentioned.
