You do not need to do anything and your login will remain the same. We will contact you once the move to hosting.com has been completed and our client area login link will redirect. Your hosting will not be moved or disrupted as part of the brand migration.
One of the things we will be doing soon is to standardise and upgrade your web hosting packages to bring them in-line with the latest specifications, including LiteSpeed, greater resources and more. In some instances, your package renewal price might change slightly – you can see full details on our welcome page. If you do not agree with the new package specifications or pricing, you may cancel your hosting plan before the next renewal without penalty.
We are here to help if you have any questions or concerns, please raise a support ticket. Please note that the team at hosting.com will not have access to your account until it is switched overs so continue through the Kenya Website Experts support channels for now.
We are particularly keen to hear feedback from you on where we should focus our attention at Kenya Website Experts, what services you would like us to offer, or any things you think we could do better with the move to hosting.com.
