Bido.com is ignoring my refund request.

More than month ago I have won auction on bido.com. I have sent payment via paypal, but the owner refused to give me domain. He asked for more money, even if I did reach a Bido price. The case was closed, but until today Bido.com did not refund me money even though I have sent them a tens of emails. So, I don't know what should I do now.

You should be able to do a chargeback or file a dispute via PayPal.

Thanks I have filed a dispute via Paypal. I guess I had no other option.

They have sent me refund after paypal dispute, so case is finally closed.
