That's a hard call.
Since it's referring to that, it seems to be a prime name; but its value would depend entirely on the popularity and fame the book climbs to.
If you wanted only to develop these names, that's one thing; but with so many words and letters (and even hyphens) in there, probably of no value undeveloped to resellers...
It's also hurt by the fact that even people involved with the project probably wouldn't pay too much for the name; they might like it, but if you ask more than a few xx they might just reg 'hundredMinuteBible.com' (still available) for reg fee! Or even 100minuteBook.com, 100minuteAmen.com, 100minuteGospel.com, etc. etc.
Sorry about that; I don't see a value to resellers, but large interest-value if developed into a fortifying site supporting the book... or selling the book if you want to dev into a shopping cart that specializes in sales of it. That, to me, is where you'll make some lettuce if this book catches on.
