There are trademark issues wtih BestUFCFights.com. You may or may not be able to get around those.

Develop this site, and the value will definately appreciate. Also, a domain is ultimately worth only what someone else will pay for it. So, hope for someone who REALLY wants this domain.

My appraisal of this domain is in the low $xx category. Good luck.

Agree with Tory, don't want to mess with the UFC trademark, better go with the MMA generic phrase.
