Super long but those estimates look good. You need to "find out" for real. Try parking it, Bodis, Sedo, whatever - see actual traffic. If if is getting visits & clicks - you can play with multiples of "actual" traffic/views/clicks.
Then, the length of the name will be less of a factor as it represents actual, provable, traffic+$
