This is a $x,xxx wholesale and $xx,xxx end user domain. The $88k is maybe optimistic but it justifiably indicates that this domain has significant value.

A lot depends on parking revenue/type-in traffic also.

I had difficulty in pricing this one myself, i'm going to turn it into a little adsense site and add a few articles and see what sort of results it gets.
