My taste is bad, because I can't think where you can use this. On the other side, it's 5 letter .com and maybe has some value, and saying "some" I mean a possible $xx, unless you can explain this name more.

Yes, It's a five letter invented non-specific brandable. Low competition, with the closest keyword directing to an asian video site "youku.com"

The possibility of multiple pronunciations arises from the double O, however "Oh uku" is the most natural pronunciation. Ivona text-to-speech also returns "Oh uku" unambiguously in multiple english dialects.

If it was douku.com, gouku.com, houku.com, kouku.com, louku.com, mouku.com, souku.com, touku.com, youku.com, or zouku.com, I would offer $1,000 at least, Some of them are worthy of $xxxxx.
If it was ouku.com, it worthes $8,000 or so.
Even if it was oukuo.com or oukou.com, it would not be a trash and may worth $500 or more
But for oouku.com, I don't think it worth anything at all. Though it is a 3 Chinese syllable domain, it expresses no meanings actually.
Drop it when it expires, that is my appraisal.
