I just need a basic site to list my domain, so I’m looking for free tool. With Wordpress it seems I just need a hosting server. I was interested in efty but didn’t know it wasn’t free.

Anyway, I noticed catchy from the ads on namepros. Their site is pretty straightforward. Does anyone know which Wordpress theme is suitable for the job?

Hi,
There are many. I’m currently doing a site with the Storefront theme - it’s made by the people who make WooCommerce, so there shouldn't be any integration problems with their payment options, and you can even have an escrow.com checkout link if you have an account with them. I'm considering having a GoDaddy checkout link on there.
I'm not using the theme's front page with an intro, big pics or a slider - instead selecting the 'Shop" page as the home page in WordPress, so visitors hit the names straight off. I have a redirect at the registrar on my names to their corresponding ‘product page’ as a lander.
The theme is free, although you'll need hosting. I wouldn’t say it’s a flexible theme, but you can tailor it a bit with some plugins, a little knowledge (or searching) and a few code snippets.

I'm not saying this is the best way to go for sales, probably far from it. I just set myself it as a challenge :xf.smile:
