advice Best way to transfer cheap (under $100) domains

If i have sold a domain for $100-$200. What is best way to tansfer domain to buyer?
I'm asking this because all escrow fees will eat margin and PayPal transfer depends on trust?.

If you and the buyer have godaddy auctions account, you could list it there with a BIN. Or, if the domain is at namecheap, you could list it at their marketplace and provide a link to the buyer. Both places take 10% commission.
