Best way to contact someone important at Enom?

I'm tired of the referer spam that is hitting every site on my server daily. It is all for sites apparently parked at Enom. Examples: hyipsrated_com,
ba8wer25vyn248vm98azrv9nc9wer9o2qrncalwrvnlwaoruevno_com & ncontextsearch_com

All using Enom's nameservers and all registered to different individuals, although more recently they're using Enom's Whois privacy.

I want to talk to someone important at Enom, not some halfwit support guy, and find out what is going on (unless someone here knows what's going on at Enom)

Any info will be much appreciated.
