Best way to approach big companies to sell?

Hi, What is all of your input on the best ways to approach big companies to sell domain names to. What department do you e-mail and how do you avoid becoming just another e-mail these companies delete by the thousands each day?

I've only managed to sell one name to an end user and that was my biggest sale by a factor of 5, so, needless to say - I'd like a few more of those

So - any tips on approaching large companies. For example, how should I go about approaching Barnes & Nobles with FictionBooks.us, they've already acquired the .net
