what do you mean with virtualization software? like vmware?

If you mean it, I don't know anyones for windows but I know two softwares for LINUX like virtualbox and qemu

I have heard very good about virtuzzo. but it will be very costly.

Some thing like xen or hypervm are on the opensource side, I think.
