Best Template/Revenue Combos

It would be interesting to get opinions on which parking sites offer the best combinations of templates and revenue for different categories. Some categories might include adult, gambling, shopping, travel, entertainment, business, etc. I think results would be best from people who have used different parking sites so they have valid comparisons. If you have a first and second choice for each category that would be helpful and would help us determine where to park different categories of names. Links to examples of landing pages of recommended parking sites would be great. Opinions?

I had luck with xtrato.com , but it's only for php-Nuke Evolution websites.I think if you were to ask for a template from Xtrato designs,that they would more then likely be happy to design one for you.Also it depends who you ask on there,because some may do it for free.

Iv'e had good luck with well over 50% CTR with using adult template with anime, on namedrive. The pay is horrid though.
