Unless you have a premium adult domain name or have great incoming links, parking adult domains is not as viable as it used to be. You'd probably have to develop your domain into a site, the adult market is saturated now, but there are several ways to monetize an adult site, selling banners, selling links, CPC, or making adult affiliate sales!.

Yep!. You generate some traffic and you're on your way!. The adult market is very saturated, so you're more likely to make more money from a site than parking your domain, :imho:
