Best press release site or method?

I'm looking to write and release a press release for my site TravelVoyeur.com . Not to sell the domain, but to get traffic to the site to help grow it.

Can I get recommendations for the best electronic press release site? I wnat bang for the buck, but I'm not unwilling to pay up for it.

Also, are there any services that do this for you, with some added value?

PRWeb.com (which used to be free, but is not anymore) has always brought me the greatest flow of traffic when issuing a press release. They may be worth checking out.
