Ok, the .com is already gone, but I have a keyword that I want to use. What is the best prefix, i.e., 360keyword.com, 247keyword.com, The-keyword.com, etc.?

Thanks!

KeywordSite.com available?

Go with that (if it makes sense).

Looking for a prefix, not suffix.
Thanks anyway. :)

I'll make my point clearer. I don't like prefixes unless it would obviously relate to the domain.

For example, 247store.com or A1SiteNames.com ;)

Ok, you have made your point, but I need to setup a site and need am looking for a clever prefix rather than the i, e, v, 247, 360 etc.

Thanks for your opinion.

Good prefix depends of keyword.
e.g 24hours.com is good, 24carat.com, ematch.com, mydollars.com too, but 365hours.com,24minutes,eelectronics are not the best choice.....

Good luck.

Go........com can sometimes work ok, it really depends on the name though.

I have only got one - GoMovies.eu

How about Pro or Max perhaps ?

Pro is one of the best depending on the keyword. It works too in other languages.

Sold Pro Examples...

ProShop.com $100,000
ProSports.com $75,000
ProShares.com $11,250

Many more listed at http://dnsaleprice.com/SalePrice.aspx

Also try entering e i go my free etc. as keywords in http://dnsaleprice.com and you will see all of these prefixes have many sold results.

As we are being SILLY and giving suggestions like 'pro' and meaningless numbers, I suggest 'Save' as a good prefix because there have been an amazing TWO sales with this prefix.

http://SaveMarriage.com $3,988 DNJournal
http://SaveOnCrafts.com $6,591 DNJournal

Highly Recommended

or even better the ever popular 'dumb' prefix, with another impressive amount of sales:

http://DumbVideos.com $1,050 DNJournal
http://DumbAss.ca $15,501 DNJournal

It all depends on the keyword. Make the prefix relate to it if you can.

Well, obviously unlike you Jiblob I don't see pro as being a "Silly" prefix or suggestion for that matter, it all depends on what the keyword is "which we don't know".

Apart from they are all taken what in your opinion is wrong or stupid with domains like ?

ProLife
ProGolf
ProBasketball
ProBaseball
ProHosting
ProChoice
ProShop
ProWeb
ProLiteracy
ProBike
Prographics

I'd be interested to know.

I just Googled Catfish Restaurants and JumpinCatfish.com was the second result!!! Quite suprised at this name as I thought catfish were bottom feeders that lay low in deep channels.

CatfishCabin appears on first page results on both .com and .net for different restaurants.
