Hi all,

I’m planning to migrate my website to a new domain and I’m concerned about the impact on SEO and user traffic. I want to make sure I handle the transition smoothly and retain as much of my current search engine ranking as possible.

Here’s my current situation:

1. Existing domain: oldsite.com
2. New domain: newbrand.com
3. Platform: WordPress with Yoast SEO
4. Traffic: Mostly organic through blog content and Google Search

My main concerns:

• Whether I should notify Google Search Console and how
• How long it typically takes for rankings to stabilize after the move
