Best forum software that prevents spam registrations?

What's the best forum software (free or paid) that is good in weeding out spammers?

I used to manage a medium-sized forum, but I had to ditched it. The spam registrations was too much for a single person to deal with.

I may do a forum again in the future if I'll find the best forum script.

XenForo is excellent, that's what NamePros uses. We had to extend it with our own proprietary spam prevention system for our needs but as far as out-of-the-box goes, XenForo is among the best.

I use XenForo without some problems.
