I am interested in what you think the valuation might be. I currently have it pointed to my tech industry blog, but could remove the 301 and build a new site at bellc.com if it would raise the valuation significantly. So a question is, should i sell the domain, or a site built on it first and sell the site? I could put a Wordpress blog on it for $500 and a few days work; but of course the traffic would take time to build.
I had this appraised two years ago (by two different appraisers) and they were thinking $4-5k. Felt low to me for a 15-year, 5-letter domain which includes "bell" - relevant to a lot of the big telecom companies.
I also own bellc.cc, bellc.info, bellc.me, bellc.mobi, and bellc.us which could be packaged with it.
I'd appreciate any pointers to reading - haven't sold a domain or site before.
