I hope you all are doing great.

About me, Im Owais, working in the field of SEO for 4 years.

I bought 5 domains last year from which I was just able to sell 2 domains 1. financeinfrance ( expired ) 2. mustlehub ( Fresh domain ). Other ones are yet to be sold.

Now the purpose of this thread is to understand the what are the basic checklist I should consider before buying any domain.

the suggestions/advice and valuable insights of the industry experts are highly appreciated.

If you sold 2 of the first 5 domains you bought you probably know more than most already. Or you got very lucky.

Hi, I'm new here too. Bought a couple of domains before, didn't even know that there was a market for domain names. I let all of them drop.
