True, twitter owns TWEET (of course, they had to sue a DES MOINES, IA company to get it).
But twitter though has been leaving the word out there for others to use.
Except in certain defined cases, twitter will not really go after it.

Anyways, for the fun of it, will see what happens.

Yeah, I see many sites using it, so I guess it's not really an issue.

I think those sites are hard to monetize tho, depends on your plans with it. Who knows.
