I did a whois search after finding out that I received no domains in my account & found they were registered a while ago. How can GoDaddy say they are available, allow you to place the order, send you a congratulations invoice & charge your credit card, when the domains were not available in the 1st place?
I have registered many domains through them & never had this problem before. I got the following automated email from GoDaddy for each & every name I registered just now saying that the domain order failed to register:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The following domain name has failed to be registered:
CASINO.BE
Error: CASINO.BE: already exists in CCTLD database
We will evaluate this error and retry the registration
if appropriate.
If we are unable to successfully register the domain
name, your account will be credited accordingly. Please
allow one business day for the refund to be processed.
Please contact GoDaddy.com if you need any further
assistance:
